Game limitations
This is an educational simulation. It is not a brokerage and not investment advice. Guest play is free and accounts are optional. No real trades happen. Historical results and AI feedback do not guarantee real-world returns. See Methodology for assumptions and omitted costs.
Age
The service is intended for users 13 and older. Users under 13 must not create an account, use room chat or enter their real name. Teachers of students under 13 should contact us first.
Accounts and acceptable use
Protect your account credentials. Do not impersonate others, share private information about others, harass players, manipulate scores, spam or try to gain unauthorized access. Contact us about compromised accounts or harmful conduct. We may restrict access to protect players or investigate abuse.
Content and rights
You keep the rights in your original suggestions and allow us to process them to run the service. Public display needs your separate permission. Company logos, market data and third-party materials belong to their owners.
Provided as is
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Saved games depend on your device and browser and may be lost. To the extent the law allows, Rise to Riches and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss from using the service.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Please email contact@investmentsimulator.app first about any dispute; otherwise disputes go to the courts in Georgia.
