Privacy

Accounts are optional, analytics is your choice, and suggestions stay private unless you permit a reviewed public summary.
Operator and contact
Rise to Riches is operated by Atharv Chugh in Georgia, USA. Email contact@investmentsimulator.app for privacy, access, correction, deletion or safety requests. We may need to confirm you own the data. Never send passwords or access tokens.
Information processed
Depending on what you use, we process your email or Google account details, chosen names, game history, browser and device session IDs, room membership, holdings, chat, suggestions and optional contact details. AI requests contain game statistics or Sandbox prompts. Quota and security systems use pseudonymous IDs, IP-derived information and logs. Persistent IDs and hashed IPs are not guaranteed to be anonymous.
Optional collection
Optional analytics for game finishes, the tutorial and Sandbox navigation is off by default. You can accept, reject or withdraw it in Privacy settings. Query strings and fragments are removed from referrers the app sends. Saves, accounts, room access, abuse controls and submissions you request work whether or not you allow analytics.
Public and private information
Account profiles are private to their account. Administrators can see operational player and AI information. Players in a room see its standings and chat. In rooms the host marks as Classroom, chat is off unless the host turns it on, AI feedback is off, and results are not posted to the public leaderboard. A score you submit to the leaderboard is public with the name you chose. A challenge or result link you create can be opened by anyone who has it. Your email, account details and game history stay private. Anyone can email contact@investmentsimulator.app to remove a public score or link. A suggestion is only published if you give permission, an administrator reviews a summary and then publishes it. Replying to a suggestion does not publish the original message.
Providers
These providers process data under their own terms. Lovable hosts the site, and Lovable Cloud runs the database, sign-in and server functions (Lovable privacy policy: lovable.dev/privacy). Google handles Google sign-in (policies.google.com/privacy). Emails are sent through Lovable’s email service. AI reviews and Sandbox events go through Lovable’s AI gateway to Google Gemini (policies.google.com/privacy). We do not claim that these providers keep no data.
Your data and retention
Signed-in users can export their profile, runs and linked AI usage, delete individual runs, and clear game data on this device. To delete your account, email contact@investmentsimulator.app and we delete the account and its linked data within 30 days. A finished game that failed to save is kept on your device for up to 60 days, and on our server until it is saved or you ask us to delete it. Other data, including guest submissions and room messages, is kept until you delete it or ask us to. Local saves stay until you clear them.
Where data is processed
The service is run from the United States. Data is processed in the US and wherever the providers above operate. Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as access, correction or deletion. Email us to use them.
Children
The service is intended for users 13 and older. Users under 13 must not create an account, use room chat or enter their real name. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we delete it. Teachers of students under 13 should contact us first.
